Being a Good Team Member
by: Angeline Lawrence
A team can’t work together without effective communication and the
sacrifice and endurance of its members. As fellow Christians, we must seek to work
together and be unified as we build God’s kingdom. I Corinthians 1:10 states, “I appeal to you, brothers and sisters, in
the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another in
what you say and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be
perfectly united in mind and thought.” (NIV)
So how do we unite the thoughts of a
group of people that are from various backgrounds? Although we're united by the
Holy Spirit, there are still some steps needed to achieve oneness in
mind and thought. Listen in as I discuss
some of the ways to become a good team member.
